First step:
        File a petition with court, doesn't have to be detailed
        Case cover sheet
        Not a binding document
                division of property
        Make sure you file in Seattle court
        When file with clerk, ask who needs to show up
        ALSO NEED note for dissolution calendar, need to file to set court date
        BRING CHECKBOOK FOR FILING FEE

After 90 days
        - Finding of fact and conclusions of law
                - condo language needs to be here
        - Decree of dissolution

Washington Courts
        get all the forms for free, including finding of fact and decree of dissolution
        click on dissolution link, without kids, a whole row of forms will pop up
                including note for dissolution calendar, need to file to set court date

Condo language
        (current value - mortage) => divided by ratio
        In the case the condo is sold, the paid her share
        If anytime he wants to get a loan, must get approval
        If buy out, must pay dollar amount
        Note that mortgage contract is not related to divorce
        File a lien on the property only if hoi yin's name is not property
